We currently ship worldwide.

*Please note that orders outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs fees during checkout. Peachy Dogs is not responsible for any duties or import taxes. If you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment for you.

CANADA. We offer free shipping for every order over $75 before taxes. Delivery charges are set at $8 for Canada.

USA. We offer free shipping for every order over $120. Develiry charges are set at $15 for Standard Shipping and $25 for Express Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL. Delivery charges for International orders are directly calculated at checkout and are subjected to import fees.

At the moment, we cannot ship to PO Boxes because of Canada Post national strike.

We are confident that you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may get a refund. All products, (except treats) can be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date. We offer a refund based on the original payment method or store credit. If you choose store credit, you will get an extra 5% of the original item price in store credit.

Please note that a flat fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from the refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be in excellent condition. We will not accept products that are broken, soiled, chewed up, or in poor condition. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Please note that products that have been bought during a special sale (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Seasonal Sale), CANNOT be refunded. If you wish to return your items, you can only do so by getting a store credit. Full-priced items purchased with a discount code CAN be returned.
