HOLIDAYS
What is the return policy for the holidays?
We're happy to offer our customers an extended return and exchange window for the holiday season. Orders placed between November 10 and December 31 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 31.
Items purchased after this period will qualify for our standard return/exchange policy. Please note that our Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion have their own policy (see below).
Which items are final sales?
Bandanas, treats and all items in the Sale page section are final sales. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
BLACK FRIDAY
Can I use more than one discount code?
No other discount codes are applicable during our Black Friday sale.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can't make any promises, but we will try our best. Email us as soon as possible at info@peachydogs.com for any changes regarding sizes, colors, shipping address, or cancelation. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will try our best to accommodate you.
Can I return or exchange my Black Friday purchase?
All orders purchased during our Black Friday sale are NON-REFUNDABLE. Items will be eligible for exchange ONLY, or a store credit (if your size is not available anymore) within 30 days after placing your order. International orders are final sales: no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
All items that are in our Sale page section are all final sales and are not eligible for returns/exchanges. This policy will be apply on all orders between November 15 and 26, 2023.
CYBER MONDAY
Can I use more than one discount code?
Since no promo code is needed for our Cyber Monday sale, our ambassadors codes can be added for an extra 15% off.
